1. Escrow

All bookings on Vistaarly are held in escrow until delivery is confirmed. Off-platform payment is prohibited.

2. Commission

Platform commission (buyer 12% / influencer 10% by default) is deducted at the time of booking. See our commission settings page for current rates.

3. Disputes

Disputes are resolved via templated outcomes: refund, reshoot, partial refund, or fund release. Our decision is final.

4. Prohibited content

Contact info exchange, off-platform negotiation, and content violating local laws are grounds for account suspension.
