Can I negotiate a lower price?
No. Vistaarly runs on fixed-price packages tiered by follower band. This is deliberate: it protects nano/micro influencers from lowball offers and keeps buyer costs predictable.
Can I contact the influencer directly?
Only through in-app chat, which filters out phone numbers, emails, and social handles automatically.
What if the influencer does not deliver?
Raise a dispute. Our team resolves via refund, reshoot, partial refund, or fund release within 48 hours.
When do influencers get paid?
The moment you confirm delivery (or 72 hours after delivery, whichever is first). Payout is automatic via Razorpay Route.
